The Sampson Arts Council is proud to present G.W. West: The Hidden Fish — a stunning collection of scenic paintings inspired by the beauty just outside the artist’s back door. From rustic barns to winding rivers and quiet country landscapes, each piece captures the peaceful spirit of rural life — with one unique detail: a symbolic hidden fish woven into every work, representing the artist’s faith.
The Artist Reception will be held on Thursday, October 2 from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. Meet G.W., view his stunning works, and enjoy hors d'oeuvres and musical entertainment in the beautiful setting of the Victor R. Small House. This is a wonderful opportunity to support a local artist and immerse yourself in the vibrant art scene of Sampson County.
