This exciting Pottery Camp for rising 3-6 graders will explore American Indian culture and history through the art of pottery. Guided by Native American potter Senora Lynch, they will learn traditional pottery-making techniques, including kneading and shaping clay, rolling it into slabs, and creating slip for painting. Each student will design a unique clay plaque featuring a turtle motif, using etching techniques to bring their patterns to life. Once completed, these beautifully crafted plaques will be ready to hang and display as a meaningful piece of art.

Mixed Media Magic invites rising 7-12 graders to explore a variety of artistic mediums, techniques, and styles while having a blast in the process! From printmaking and tie-dye to sculpture and beyond, campers will create multiple projects that allow them to develop their artistic skills. Guided by an experienced instructor, students will discover and refine their unique artistic voice while completing pieces they can proudly share and display.
